Q. When Will My Order Ship?
A. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1~3 working days of purchase.
Q. How Long Does Shipping Take?
A. Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide, and it’s based on your location.
Q. Estimated Delivery Time
A. 7~12 business day (United States/United Kingdom/Canada Countries)
Your tracking number will be updated 1~2 working days after your order has been shipped.
Q. What Is Your Return Policy?
A. No refunds, exchanges only within 3 days from the delivered date.
B. If your order was refused by the prison, there are no refunds, NO Exceptions!
Request:
1. Items received unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
2. We do not offer exchanges on anything that’s not a book.
3. Return shipping fees are at the customer's expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You will need to request a return invoice from us to put in your package to return. Without it, your return credit won’t be applied. You must email info@oururbanreads.com for a refund request with the order number.
4. Tax Policy
Import Taxes And Tariffs
You are responsible for all import duties and duties that may be charged when the article passes through customs. When your ordered goods arrive in your country, you must pay taxes. We advise you to familiarize local tax regulations before ordering.
If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to us. You are also liable for any import duties or taxes incurred during the return process.

Q. What happens when my order doesn't come?
A. URB will try to help you find your order. Our responsibility is not to track where packages are once they leave our facility. Please understand that when shipping anything, there is a small chance that you may not receive your package due to the shipping carrier. Also, understand that URB will not reimburse you for the product purchased or its taxes and shipping fees.
Q. How long do I have to pick up an order placed online for In-Store Pickup?
A. You have 30 days to pick up your order, or it is subjected to being restocked, and you will not be refunded. No Exceptions!
